Do you connect to my car remotely?
No. You stay in full control. We only edit your uploaded file and send it back — you perform the write-back locally using Hublum Remote.
What equipment do I need?
A laptop, an ENET cable (most F & selected G series), and stable vehicle voltage. A battery charger is recommended during write-back.
How long does it take?
Most orders are completed within a few hours. Maximum turnaround time is 24 business hours.
What if my requested feature isn’t possible?
Some options depend on your vehicle’s software and equipment. If something can’t be done, we will inform you before proceeding.
